Together, we’ll explore emotional regulation skills, strengthen social confidence, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive, judgment-free space. Join us to connect, learn, and grow in a community that celebrates neurodiversity and values every individual’s unique strengths.

Participants: Adults 18+

Cost: Insurance and self-pay

When: In-person on Tuesdays from 5 to 6 p.m., starting May 26 and ending July 28, 2026.
