I have been with LifeStance since before when they were Western Psych, and I have almost always had wonderful therapists and Doctors. When I am not satisfied, or the match is not made in heaven, they have always made it easy to switch. However, in this last 2 years I was promised to be matched with a med management provider and it never did happen, even after going to the Director for help with the matter it was still never resolved. I had to seek help from my primary physician to cover my psych mefs for the last 2 years, and still am struggling to get a good psych med provider to cover me. This has been upsetting, and stressful to say the least. What I can say is that my therapists are top notch! It is easy to get appointments, and to find a good match. They offer great classes also. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful! I have never wanted to leave and go anywhere else. I have been with this and the previous company in total for 11 years!! I just hope when I do leave and retire, they throw me a going away party! Lol

Dr. Connie was amazing. I was unable to get an appointment with my regular primary care and Dr. Connie stepped in. I had issues connecting and she attempted multiple times. She then spent a significant amount of time talking with me about my situation so she could really understand what was going on. She walked me through several options and help me come up with a plan. When I expressed concern that if plan A didn’t work in a timely manner that I was concerned that getting to Plan B may take a while because of possible issues getting a prompt second appointment she gave me direct contact to her staff with written directions about immediately implementing Plan B if needed. She went far above and beyond general expectations. I have Always been generally satisfied with my primary care doctor, and I am extremely happy with the way Dr. Connie stepped in as an alternate. She went above and beyond.

Staci Jenkins is absolutely the best therapist i have ever seen. She is outstanding and amazing at her job. She’s incredible with empathizing, understanding and getting to the root of the issue. I have worked through hard deep rooted traumas with Staci. There have been times where i hit rock bottom and felt as though i had no one to talk to about what i was dealing with- i felt isolated. Then i would remember Staci, and she was the 1 person i could rely on and confide in, in the darkest of times that means everything. I could not recommend her more to anyone.

I had my first appointment there today. I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience. They are very organized and I knew that from the moment I contacted them to make my appointment. Very friendly receptionist and easy quick check in. The doctor I saw is the greatest. She was not only very professional, but easy to talk to. She listened to what I had to say and most importantly seemed to understand. I will definitely be continuing treatment there.

Honestly, I am SUPER impressed so far by 1) ease of reaching a live & professional human 2) the flow of the administrative communications 3) responsiveness of doctors in the portal 4) availability of doctors THANK YOU so much! I have only had 1 appointment this far but the doctor was thorough and attentive.
