About Staci Jenkins (She/Her)

Staci Jenkins helps adults throughout Washington navigate emotional challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change through compassionate, evidence-based therapy at LifeStance Health. She provides individual and group therapy for adults and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients facing a variety of other mental health and life challenges. Her approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and the belief that healing occurs when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences without judgment. Staci is especially passionate about helping individuals heal from relational trauma, unresolved childhood trauma, and attachment-related wounds. She understands how early life experiences and relationship patterns can influence self-esteem, emotional regulation, trust, and overall well-being. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship, she helps clients identify long-standing patterns, process painful experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Her goal is to help clients build stronger emotional foundations that support lasting growth and resilience. Known for her warm, curious, and encouraging style, Staci creates a space where clients can openly process their thoughts and emotions while learning practical skills for everyday life. She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition to her primary specialties, she supports individuals experiencing grief, life transitions, sleep difficulties, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use concerns, and other mental health challenges. Staci believes that therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the individual. She integrates insight-oriented exploration with skills-based interventions, helping clients better understand themselves while also developing tools to manage distress, improve relationships, and move toward their personal goals with confidence. She earned degrees from Loyola Marymount University and Argosy University and has been practicing since 2015. Her commitment to ongoing learning allows her to provide thoughtful, client-centered care informed by current best practices. Outside of work, Staci enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring nature, reading, and design.
