First meeting today, it was painful, but necessary. PsyDoc was super helpful, giving me a question or two that could get the gears turning again when my mind would try to grind to a stop, they helped me ground myself again when things started being too much to talk about, and even helped me remember a few medications I had taken years ago but forgotten the names for. I hope we can find an effective treatment plan so I can get back to being a good person helping people instead of needing help. I'll update this review eventually; till then, I hope we can ALL have a good day for once. I love you!

I have used LifeStance multiple times. My therapist has been very knowledgeable about the issues I am dealing with. He has given me extremely useful tools for dealing with my life. How to work with people who are difficult, how to cope with my chronic pain and how to get beyond the childhood issues that were still impacting my life. The staff at LifeStance are wonderful people who are trying to help their patients get the help they want and need to live a happier, more productive life. Everyone is friendly and treats us with respect. It is a pleasure going in for my appointments.

I have been seeing my therapist for several months now and it's been a good experience. When I initially made my first appointment I was able to get in very quickly, far sooner than I thought I'd be able to. I see my therapist in person, which I prefer. I have gone to this same location, though it was called Western Psychological back then, on and off for quite a few years and seen three different people. All of them have been great. Can't really say I have anything bad to say about it, it's in a fairly convenient place for me to go on my way home after work.

Hiedi F. was very nice and my first visit with her gave me confidence that she will be a good therapist for me! 4/24/23 I had my first therapy session with Heidi F. Since last year June. I felt like we picked up where we left off like good friends do Its crazy cuz she is the first therapist I really really feel comfortable. I've had Therapy for several decades and she is the Best!! Love her!

I LOVE my counselor and prescriber. They are so personable and knowledgeable. I’ve been using Lifestance when it WPCS and I have to say, WPCS was easier to navigate. It is also much harder to get to speak to someone because there are so many choices to go through when calling. Everything else has been great!
