Virtual Group for Teens with ADHD
Group Overview:
Many parents of teens with ADHD worry about their adolescent’s academic success. This leads parents to over-control or to throw their hands up in frustration. This group will empower teens to take charge of their own academic success and goals, providing them with tools for:
· Learning about their ADHD
· Problem solving and goal setting
· Organization and time management
· Homework and study skills
· Managing emotions and communication
· Finding strategies and resources
Participants: Teens with ADHD
Cost: Covered by most insurance in Oregon.
