Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted
When: Virtual on Saturdays from 10 to 11:30 a.m., starting January 31 and ending April 18, 2026

Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. Sara is a trauma-informed therapist who offers a compassionate and holistic approach to supporting individuals on their healing journey.
