This group teaches practical DBT skills in a non-judgmental environment to help you build emotional resilience, increase self-awareness, and respond more effectively to challenging situations.

Supportive, structured environment
- This is NOT a trauma-processing group
- No specific trauma-sharing is allowed to keep the space safe and comfortable
Participants: Open to all ages, genders, and conditions
Cost: Insurance and self-pay
When: Virtual sessions on Tuesdays from 12 to 1 p.m., starting February 17 and ending April 7, 2026
Facilitator:
Education Kate completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Science from Oregon State University. She is licensed to practice in the state of Oregon.
