Empowered Parenting: Supporting Children With ADHD in Oregon

Join us for a supportive and informative group designed specifically for parents of children with ADHD.

Get Started

Group Focus:

This psychoeducational group offers a compassionate space to learn, connect, and grow alongside other parents facing similar challenges. Together, we’ll explore how ADHD affects the brain, gain clarity on diagnosis and treatment options, and learn practical parenting strategies that foster emotional regulation, resilience, and success at home and in school. Whether you’re seeking new tools or simply reassurance that you’re not alone, this group will equip you with knowledge and confidence to support your child’s unique journey.

Participants: Parents or guardians of children with ADHD of all ages are welcome to attend. Also, parents or guardians who have ADHD and are struggling with parenting are also invited. The referred individual can be either the child or the parent but the group is designed for parents. For example, if the child is the referred individual, billing will be with the child’s LifeStance account, but the parent / guardian of the child attends the group

When: Virtual on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 p.m., starting starting May 27 and ending July 1, 2025

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Oregon
