Art Therapy Group in Portland, Oregon
This group uses art therapy to promote well-being, mental health awareness, and a connection to self.
Group Overview:
Using creative modalities and interventions, the group focuses on self-care, mindfulness, boundaries, reflection, coping skills, emotions, the body, and more in support of holistic healing.
Participants are welcome to bring their own art materials, but several options will be provided.
Participants: Adults 18+
Cost: Insurance and self-pay
When: In-person on Wednesdays from 2 to 3:30 p.m., starting September 2 and ending November 18, 2026

Liv Craine, MA, PCA, ATR-P, helps adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors build resilience, insight, and emotional balance through affirming, trauma-informed therapy.
