Adult ADHD Group in Oregon
For adults with ADHD, group therapy can offer a consistent space to reinforce successful strategies, gain support and encouragement, and learn new coping techniques.
Group Overview:
Living with ADHD as an adult comes with unique challenges—but you don’t have to face them alone.
This group provides a supportive space for adults with ADHD to connect with others who understand the challenges of the diagnosis. Participants explore practical tools and shared experiences in a collaborative, nonjudgmental setting.
Topics include:
- Managing ADHD symptoms, including treatment options, time management, organization, procrastination, and emotion regulation.
- Building confidence and healthy relationships, with focus on self‑esteem, self‑compassion, communication, and rejection sensitivity.
- Succeeding in daily life, including money management, work and college success, project planning, and future goal‑setting.
Participants: Adults 18+ with ADHD
When: Virtual on Mondays from 5 to 6:30 p.m., starting April 20 and ending July 6, 2026.
Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Oregon
Facilitator:
I am a native of Oregon living most of my childhood in Central Oregon. I graduated high school in Redmond, Oregon and went into the Navy immediately after.
