We recommend having the book A Mindfulness Prescription for ADHD by Lydia Zylowska. Please read Step 1 before the first session.

Participants: Best suited for adults (18+) with ADHD who are ready to work on improving self-regulation

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted

When: In-person on Mondays from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m., starting January 26 and ending March 16, 2026
