This group offers a supportive space to help people in midlife navigate major life transitions, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster meaningful connections.

Participants: Adults ages 45–65
Cost: Insurance and self-pay
When: In-person on Thursdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m., starting February 12, 2026 and ending February 11, 2027
Facilitator:
Kelly Goodman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon who has been practicing since 2004.
