Money And Mental Health Group in Oregon

This group supports a more intentional, values‑driven relationship with money through insight and practical skill-building.

Group Focus:

This 8-week group is designed to help participants better understand and transform their relationship with money in a supportive and reflective environment. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), participants will explore how thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape financial behaviors while building skills to approach money with greater awareness, intentionality, and alignment with their values.

The group will address the impact of money on identity, relationships, and decision-making, while encouraging greater honesty and thoughtfulness in financial choices. Participants will also clarify their personal values related to money and learn how to align their behaviors with those values.

Participants: Adults 18+

Cost: Insurance and self-pay

When: Virtual sessions on Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., starting July 10 and ending August 28, 2026.
