I've been with Lifestance for about 13 yrs. I have also directed a few other people to them who also had good experiences. It's gotten so much better in recent years as the model for mental health has improved. This was my first real attempt at therapy. I had a few things to figure out. Once I did it was very smooth and easy. It took me some time to find the right therapist fit... But, I'm a really complicated case. Once I found the right fit things started to change in my life. I'm a huge fan of my current therapist and hope to never lose him. He's amazing! The practitioners are also extra helpful. In all these years I've never been left hanging with a medication issue or other unresolved issue. As long as I'm paying attention my own care they're always there and ready to help.

I have been with this company for over 20 years different locations different doctors but there's nowhere else I'd rather be I'm still alive because of them!! And I keep going everyday because of them because of me and the tools that they have taught me and keep teaching me If I could suggest anything in this world I would suggest getting a counselor through life stance Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m very happy with my provider, Daniel Schroeder. My appointments are uncomplicated for the most part. Lifestance has a lot of new online forms that I dread getting through before every appointment but it’s the price I pay to keep going to see him. I really appreciate that my provider has had a consistently good personality for the past ten years. He is very easy to get along with, I respect him and I feel that he respects me as well. Thank you 😊

Ive been with Lifestance since 2021 and they are true to their name! Great customer service in terms of scheduling and billing. The specialists employed by Lifestance are top of the line and understand the importance of your time and money. They work relentlessly to align treatment with your life goals. If you are in the Portland metro area, I cannot recommend Stephanie Twellman enough!

My therapist and psychiatrist are both so awesome! They both are working with me in a way that lets me feel safe and comfortable. There is opportunity for all types of therapy including DBT and EMDR. LifeStance is very good at reminders for appointments and letting you know if there might be a change before it becomes a problem. Great and friendly!
