She specializes in working with highly sensitive individuals, helping them navigate the world with greater clarity, self-compassion, and self-trust. Kaitlyn specializes in body image issues, self-compassion, and grief. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her dog. Kaitlyn received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her master’s degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
