See what our patients are saying about Ghassan Abuelian

This was the best psychiatric appointment I have had in my life, I have already recommended the provider to friends who have had negative histories with the mental health system in the past, to see if they could be seen and experience quality, informed, and respectful care. It is so important to have these elements in the patient provider dynamic be able to make progress with conditions. I felt truly heard and validated in my experiences and the exam was thorough, no throwing out of a quick diagnosis and rush to treat with medications that might not help. I have the most hope for my mental health recovery having these services, I deeply recommend anyone come and be seen by him. I truly don't have a negative things to say.

Dr. Abuelian has a keen understanding of mental health and goes above and beyond to ensure proper medication management. He is kind, compassionate, and a refreshingly human and understanding provider in a sea of impersonal, impatient providers. My sessions with him always feel as though he is taking time and addressing my issues, specifically, and he clearly cares about each of his patients as individuals. 5/5 stars, works especially well with patients who have anxiety disorders and insomnia; this likely translates well to other issues too.

Very anxious when I first called in because I was late and hate being late. Gus knew I was very uptight and he spoke with me gently and brought my anxiety down
