The therapist was nice and thorough, making sure I understood all the policies before beginning. I didn't realize this was just an assessment appointment. The link for the appointment was only texted to me; it was not on the patient portal or emailed to me. I wanted to use my computer, not my phone. Fortunately the therapist gave me his personal meeting room number and I was evetually able to get on through my computer.

My time spent with LifeStance has been a positive experience. The staff listens and thoroughly explains the answers to my questions or promptly calls back with the information I needed. My counselor Valerie Provindenza is excellent. She listens carefully and provides positive nonjudgmental information. I have learned a lot from her acquiring many tools which help me cope and thrive in every day life.

Ghassan "Gus" Abuelian was absolutely phenomenal. I felt cared for the whole time and actually listened to which is quite rare in many providers. I did not feel rushed or judged at all. I am so excited to keep seeing him to help address my concerns and get my mental health in check. I am absolutely astounded thus far and highly suggest him as a provider ,if you want someone who really cares !

The front desk woman is extremely professional and efficient. I only had to tell her my name on my first visit and she knows me every time I come in. She does a fantastic job remembering my preferred time and day. I adore my therapist too-he is amazing and has continually helped me immensely thru my difficult times. Overall great experience!

I have seen Warren Keyser twice now. He is very supportive and knowledgeable. I really have hope for the first time in a long time. I was able to get scheduled for my first appointment quickly and follow up appointments have been really easy to schedule. The telehealth appointments are really helpful with my work situation.
