The support staff and my therapist are fantastic. There is a learning curve to doing zoom meetings, but I have hurdled that and prefer this now over face-to-face meetings. I appreciate the flexibility and convenience of this service. Lifestance I highly recommend Lifestance (and my therapist who is amazing).

So far so good. No complaints. Ithey have a ton of therapists with several different skill sets so they can accommodate anyone. I had an intake today and felt it went well. I need to be guided through and feel she recognized that and prompted me through. I'm feeling good about establishing care here.
I met with Kenneth Burton yesterday and did an intake interview. I came prepared with documentation from my intensive outpatient experience 2 years ago, 2 years of signed AA attendance sheets and contact info for my counselor. I have my second appointment scheduled for next Tuesday. I will know more then.
