ADHD Parenting Group in Vancouver, Washington

Are you feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start after your child’s ADHD diagnosis? You’re not alone.

Group Overview:

This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 3–17 who want guidance, resources, and a safe space to learn and ask questions.

Together, we’ll explore:
• What ADHD is and how it shows up in children
• How the ADHD brain works differently
• Treatment options and lifestyle approaches that can help
• Strategies for working with schools, teachers, and distance learning
• Practical tools for parenting and supporting your child with ADHD

You’ll leave with resources, knowledge, and encouragement to help you and your child thrive.

Participants: Parents/guardians of children and adolescents (ages 3-17) with ADHD

When: In-person on Saturdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m., starting January 10 and ending February 10, 2026

Cost: Insurance and self-pay are accepted in Washington

Dr. Christopher Fraczek is a Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing since 2001. He graduated from Alliant International University, Los Angeles with a degree in Clinical Psychology.
