Lisa O'Dell, LMHC, LPC,
About Lisa O'Dell (She/Her)
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step toward creating a healthier, more fulfilling life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, or a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and develop practical tools to create lasting change. Together we’ll build on your strengths while addressing the obstacles that keep you feeling stuck.
I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment while also offering honest feedback and practical strategies to help you reach your goals. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and hopeful.
I use an individualized approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
