Lifestance has been amazing and transformative for me and my lifestyle. Both my psychologist and psychiatrist work for the same organization and have direct communication with each other on best treatments and focus areas. They are non-judgmental, flexible and understating. I've been given therapist specifically that meet my needs and I wouldn't be as far along in my journey without Dr Hamilton and Dr Rockwood.

Dr. Richmond was kind and patient. She gave me helpful ideas for treatment. This is the first video appointment I've ever had and I was surprised that she didn't seem to look at me once. Maybe because she was looking down at her screen?
