Amanda earned her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Chico. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); and provides individual and family therapy. Amanda functions from developmental and attachment theory, primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, structural family therapy, play therapy, and Christian counseling. She has experience working with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, ADHD, Eating Disorders , Religious/Spiritual Issues, and Foster Care/DHS Involvement.
