I had a recent assessment, which went smoothly, and the assessor was great. There was a little confusion as to how to join the zoom consult meeting, but their customer service was very prompt and helpful, and I didn’t miss a minute.

Easy to get an appt, you can do a face to face or a video chat. Counselor Sarah Munn is awesome and a perfect fit.
