I’ve been a client for almost two years and can’t express how positively my counselor has impacted my life. Most of us are dealing with a lot, past experiences, trauma, etc…..you don’t have to do it alone. They can teach you the right tools to work through them. It’s given me courage, I’ve , gained back my confidence re-establish my self worth. If you feel stuck and can’t move forward in your life I totally recommend them.

I really feel like this was the perfect fit for talk therapy. I needed a space to get feedback and feel like my experience raising a teen midlife was not just me being crazy. Throw in a teen crisis and I really needed someone who could help me parse out what was the kid and what was the crisis. I believe I will be able to make space to work on deeper stuff in the months to come.. and I’m very glad I found There Stroup

Lifestance is an incredible clinic with knowledgeable and experienced staff. My counselor Glenn, is top-notch. He is patient, focused and task oriented with me. He is well-versed in IFS therapy that has been life changing for me. I thrive in my mental healthcare with him. The tools I’ve learned help me make better choices and decisions in my daily life.

I had Stephanie Mangual for an appointment about continuing my medication previously prescribed to me at a separate doctor, and she was absolutely lovely! I have never had any appointments previously with LifeStance, but I genuinely had fun talking to her and we joked around and I left feeling heard. I greatly appreciate it, and I would highly recommend!

My experience with therapy has almost always resulted in being a long term relationship with my last 3 therapists. I have just moved to Oregon and had my first appointment with Jayce and I Am felt she was the perfect choice for me. I look forward to our second session!
