I have been happy working with LifeStance. I started with Western Psy and it merged. The counseling staff are excellent.
I’ve been a client for almost two years and can’t express how positively my counselor has impacted my life. Most of us are dealing with a lot, past experiences, trauma, etc…..you don’t have to do it alone. They can teach you the right tools to work through them. It’s given me courage, I’ve , gained back my confidence re-establish my self worth. If you feel stuck and can’t move forward in your life I totally recommend them.
My 3rd session and I feel that my issues are being addressed well. I feel healing everytime I'm done. It's a process but I'm feeling assured I will reach my paths end with many skills to pull from. Ps my therapist is good
