About Katherine Adams (She/Her)
Katherine Adams is a dedicated Pre-Doctoral Intern at LifeStance Health who has been practicing since 2021. She creates a warm and safe environment, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship to help clients navigate life’s challenges. Katherine tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each person, drawing from psychodynamic modalities and trauma-informed care to support them in meaningful change. Having lived in Hawaii, Katherine has gained a deep appreciation for diverse cultural backgrounds, which she integrates into her practice to better serve her clients. Katherine offers individual, couples, and family therapy, supporting clients in childhood to older adulthood. Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, and exploring the Oregon coast.
