Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together. – Brene Brown. I am here to help create a non-judgemental space for you to explore the many beautiful facets of your life. I use a Strengths-Based and Psychodynamic approach to therapy which allows for clients to recognize they are already whole but have gotten some cracks along the way that may need to be mended. I will do my best to help you explore where your strengths already are and help you learn to be deeply connected with who you are. I help people on their path, wherever it may be. I hope to offer a sense of belonging within who you already are and how to grow more in the things you may have not discovered about yourself yet. Life can be very challenging as there is so much pain and suffering, but I hope to create an environment where you feel safe to share and allow me the privilege to hold an understanding, validating and non-judgemental space for you.
