Traci Goodrich, MFTA, is a compassionate therapist at LifeStance Health, serving couples throughout Oregon. With a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships and the impact of our environments, Traci helps clients navigate life’s challenges by reflecting on the lasting influence of their family of origin and other significant relationships. She provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their stories, shape their identities, and find growth and healing. Traci serves adolescents, adults, and seniors, offering individualized care for those experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Traci specializes in treating relationship and couple’s issues. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals explore how their primary relationships have shaped their sense of self, offering insight into patterns that may affect their present relationships. Whether working with couples facing conflict or individuals processing the impact of trauma, Traci’s therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, encouraging clients to reflect on their experiences and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others. Her expertise extends to working with the LGBTQ+ community, offering support around gender identity and identity exploration.
