About Katherine Ledbury (She/Her)

Katie received her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Multnomah University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (OR) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA). She has worked with families, couples and individuals in the mental health field since 2010 in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health, residential treatment centers, school-based positions and group practice settings. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship struggles, attachment issues and trauma. She believes individuals have the abilities needed to create positive and healthy lives for themselves. She also believes that you are an expert in your own life and are capable of creating appropriate goals for therapy. Her role as a therapist is to assist her clients in developing and accomplishing these goals by finding potential solutions for their current struggles. Knowing that each individual and couple is unique, she will shape and adjust her approach toward therapy upon your perspective(s). When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and adorable dog. She enjoys seeking out new adventures, trying out new recipes, diving into a good puzzle and singing her heart out at Karaoke.
