I create a space where you feel safe, seen, understood, and free to show up exactly as you are. I will walk alongside you as you discover your own wisdom and resilience. I’ll listen deeply to help you notice patterns and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and humanistic. I draw from interpersonal, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).

As a client-centered therapist I customize treatment to each individuals needs. You are always the expert on your feelings and goals. I tend to look beneath the problem behaviors and bring clarity and insight while providing you with concrete tools to let go of self-limiting beliefs and to embrace successful new habits.
