I've been working with Ryan for several months now. He's amazing. Not only does he listen and give me the opportunity to talk through problems, he offers books, podcasts, and Playlists that he thinks might be beneficial to me through the information I've shared. He circles back to what we've covered in previous sessions to ensure nothing is forgotten and that all my needs are met before getting too far into another issue (while still allowing me to vent about whatever is eating at me that day.) He doesn't give me answers but rather asks me questions to think critically how to work through my problems. Not in the "and how does that make you feel?" stereotypical way, but to really dig deep into the problem so he can help me find a resolution to cope. I've been working with this Lifestance team for 2 years now and they've all been phenomenal. From scheduling to counseling, they're all fantastic. It's all about finding the provider who fits best for you.

They’re nice and don’t gaslight me. Staff who are going through this world in similar ways that neurodivergent patients/clients are. There was a lack of signage for the bathroom in the hall for those of us who get lost in physical buildings due to sensory overload but I mentioned it and they said they would address it. Also no power buttons for those who use mobility aids. Not only for chairs but but canes, crutches, guide dogs etc. that might be more of the building designers fault but it looked like they had been there a while so maybe somebody already has something in motion. “Thanks for all the fish!”

I’ve only had a few appointments so far since moving to Washington but I already feel much more understood and supported by Jennifer Morris than I did by my provider back in Virginia. She’s personable, listens to my concerns, is flexible with my needs, empathetic to my struggles, and is just in general great at what she does. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her! I also haven’t ever had an issue with trying to get an appointment (which feels unheard of in mental health nowadays) and everyone I’ve spoken with when I call has been helpful and friendly.

I have been really happy with psychiatric nurse provider. She has really helped get my medications adjusted that have worked to help address my acute symptoms. I appreciate that she made slow changes to keep me stabilized. She really cares about people and it shows. She is also exploring alternative treatment options for me, which is hopeful to me. Overall, I've been very happy with their help!

LifeStance has been helpful in my life and for my family. They get you in asap and are easy to work with. My only complaint is a no-show , no-call for my son’s intake appointment with a counselor there. The situation still hasn’t been reconciled, but it’s water under the bridge now. Overall good experiences there.

LifeStance is a group of certified counselors that assist clients to overcome a variety of personal obstacles. I'm currently under the care of a very compassionate counselor. I'm greatfull for the time spent with her. I highly recommend LifeStance health to anyone who has a need for personal, professional counseling.
