From the welcoming lobby and the very kind woman at the front desk, to the peaceful and professional building and area, I was already impressed and comfortable before I even got in an office. Brooke Music, MSN, PMNHP-BC, was absolutely fantastic. It wasn't that she just listened to me; she guided the conversation to both keep me on topic and also delve into the most relevant aspects of my mental health past. I was at ease immediately. While professional, she definitely had a chill side which made me feel safe, and because of this I felt able to share more details without feeling judged or misunderstood. My initial intake was with Brooke Music and I couldn’t say enough nice things about her. We Instantly vibed, she made me feel comfortable and worthy of time and help. I felt both heard and seen and never felt judged or rushed for a single moment. Finding new providers especially in this field is always nerve wracking but my nerves were eased and met with compassion, patience and acceptance from the first second our season began. I’ve never had such an incredible first furor with a BH provider in all my years 10/10 would recommend

Everything is exceptionally well with my therapist. He is very knowledgeable and intelligent and very informative about today news. He is understanding regardless of nationality and common law folk as myself and disability. Mr. Morales helps someone to think about everything important and I appreciate all the small steps I have made in rehabilitation. He puts family first and God second and so do I. This was my second attempt at telehealth therapy and it felt more grounded. Lots of emails and phone reminders help for adhd clients. The website is not for mobile, that could be improved. Therapist gave me hope and examples of tangible goals like working together on reducing anxiety by 50%. Just envisioning a world like that felt beautiful.

Super happy with my doctor here. My particular symptoms are complex and somewhat (VERY!) hard to treat but they do the best they can to allow me to live a better life. And they can refer you to therapy quite easily too. I’m thankful for my doctor here, the treatment, and professionalism.
