It is through this process that we can hopefully start to improve the client’s self-confidence, sense of identity, mood, and overall well-being. Lynden was born and raised in Washington which gives him a unique understanding of the area, its challenges and joys. Outside of counseling, Lynden enjoys reading, writing, playing video games, and listening to music.
