I really couldn’t be happier with LifeStance health. They have an incredibly comfortable in-person experience at their office in downtown Spokane… so although I was reluctant to try their virtual talk therapy after my initial intake, I did so anyways… and I’m glad that I did. Their level of care is wonderful in this evolving field and new landscape of patient care. They are not like the “apps”. They are professional, licensed medical care providers, so don’t hesitate to reach out to them specifically, just as people should not hesitate to reach out to others for any mental health need.

Lifestance is a lifesaving game changer! Everyone I've dealt with has been super friendly and very helpful. Finding a therapist was made easy and there are so many to choose from that you can find one tailor-made to your exact needs. Being able to meet via telehealth is so convenient. My experience has been so wonderful that my husband uses Lifestance also now. I would highly recommend Lifestance to any of my family and friends!

LifeStance has changed my life. I have an outstanding therapist and psychiatrist. I wish LifeStance took all insurance plans but unfortunately they don’t so unfortunately those who don’t have the insurance they accept are missing out on great benefits. My psychiatrist is not a pill pusher and my therapist calls it like she sees it. A straight shooter.

My first counselor was nice but not the best match. However my second counselor seems to be a great match. I've had no issues with being charged unexpected fees and it has been easy to reach someone via phone to schedule or cancel appointments. The telehealth aspect has been helpful and has worked efficiently.
