If you are interested in coming to this location, let me suggest an amazing provider who I seriously cannot commend enough. Lindsey! Seriously, I have had so many medication management providers who I never felt cared enough about, they didn’t address concerns, they gave up easily on me when things got hard. Not Lindsey though. I cannot rave about her enough. Seriously I probably have been one of the most difficult clients she has ever had because of my situation and how my life has been going for the last year and a half. She is the best. There were so many times where she could’ve probably quit on me but instead she persevered. She truly goes above and beyond to give you the most adequate care and she’s extremely patient. Because of her I feel taken care of, she really took the time to establish a relationship with me and broke my walls down that I had up. Because of her, I am on a stable schedule with my medication. Lindsey is also just extremely kind and really cares about you as a person. I give her five stars in every category. She worked with me my entire pregnancy as well managing my medication’s and had zero issue working with my OB/GYN to make sure we found the right combination as well. Not many providers will do that for you. Thank you, Lindsey for all you have done for me and I cannot wait to keep working with you. For anyone reading this, if you’ve been struggling finding somebody to help you manage your medication’s and you want someone who’s really going to care about you and what you are going through to find the right combination, I highly highly suggest that you give Lindsey a shot because she will do her absolute best to give you that. Thank you again Lindsey. You have saved my life in so many ways!!!

I started seeing my psychiatrist a year ago and she switched practices to life stance. Lindsey Royal has taken the time to actually get to know me, and made a huge impact on my mental health. It is hard to find a great psychiatrist that you fully connect with, I have personally been in that situation so when I found Lindsey, I knew I had to follow her to her new practice. She listens to me, and I have never felt judgment from her on anything I have discussed. She is a real gem. I hope everyone can be as lucky as me to find someone they connect with and can speak freely to. Life stances Patient portal also makes it easy for me to communicate between appointments if need be. Hope this helps you find someone on your own mental health journey.

Onboarding is a process (manyyy steps) but thankfully almost 100% online. And I think it's probably typical of most places. Once that's complete, everything else about their process is efficient: booking, receiving video link, online portal, appointment itself, and provider follow up. My provider (psychiatrist) took the time to ask great questions and listen to the answers. I feel I received the care I was looking for.

I have been going to this practice for several years now and I highly recommend them. I have used the services for medication management and other services. They are professional, easy to work with, and everyone I have had the pleasure to work with have been extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Great providers who really care, and a responsive scheduling department. I’ve had troubles with their patient portal(only reason it’s 4 instead of 5), but been able to resolve billing over the phone when it was not logging in. Also, front desk reset it which usually fixed the problem.
