I've been a patient for over 5 years. Ive been thru some real heavy stuff with my provider with medication management. She has stood by me every step of the way while we figure this out. She's kind and compassionate, understanding and empathetic. She understands why I'm frustrated and when I feel hopeless. She works hard even after hours and weekends responding to my questions or issues. I often wonder how she does it being so available. I can't be the only patient with needs. I trust her and value her. I wouldn't trade her for anything. I feel heard and understood. She is open to very critical conversations without making you feel like she's better than you. She wants to listen to hear what you say objectively and chime with her thoughts and reasons. I have a lot of respect for her. Unfortunately Ive never met her in person. She was closer to me but COVID kept us apart. She now works out of Spokane and sadly I'll never get to meet her in person.

My wife has really found some gems in Dr. Merritt and Ray Morales. She's been seeing Dr. Rebecca Merritt for close to 3 years now. The night and day progress is astounding. Tami has come so far and done so much hard work and without her team at Lifestance, this wouldn't be possible. I highly recommend Lifestance as the husband to a wonderful woman who is healing from Borderline Personality Disorder. She is always excited and happy to see her providers. I believe they truly invest into their patients and care on a level that you just dont find anywhere else. Thank you for all you do, Lifestance! And thank you for giving my girl the hope she truly needed in the world to embrace her healing era. She's a Pheonix and we are about to see what next for this fiery beautiful woman. You guys rock!

Years ago I gave lifestance a one star review because of one staff member. I'm changing it to a five star review based on the service I received over the years and also all the good people I've encountered.also they continued to provide services even through a period when I was having a hard time keeping up with my bill, that tells me that they put there people before the money,and that is hard to find today. Still going to leave this up. If you are going to lifestance for a psychiatrist do not let them assign you Jeffrey Stanton Schack he has very poor people skills and a cold attitude. You will not feel positive about sharing your personal information with him.

RAYMARK Morales, is my therapist and he is wonderful listener. I always feel better when I get off the phone with him.Each time even when i'm down and depressed and I don't feel like I can talk, somehow I find the strength to keep talking , answering the phone.He makes me feel comfortable at ease with everything. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to get councling. It doesn't make you feel like he's just some counselor he becomes almost like your friend.You're able to talk and communicate with him . He is very patient and kind. By the time i'm off the phone I feel much better. I'm very grateful for him.

I love the care I receive from my Doctor. She’s very and understanding, she always includes you in your plan of care. She treats you with respect and she’s always ask the right questions., First Doctor I had.that actually cares about my wellbeing. Keep up the good work. Rebecca. I have nothing but nice things to say about my care. You can tell when a doctor really cares about you and I feel that every time I speak to her. I have great respect for people who care about others and don’t kick you when you are already down.

My provider Kerri Petech is very competent and listens. She is also always on time for our appointments which I appreciate. I can’t say enough good things about her. After being treated not so great by the Puget Sound VA mental health system and their providers and I am so lucky to have found Lifestance Health. Veterans deserve so much better and I’m glad I’m getting the help I needed!
