Elle Zambrano, PsyD helps adolescents, young adults, and adults in Washington navigate emotional pain, identity challenges, and life transitions with warmth, cultural awareness, and clinical expertise. Serving teens (15-17), adults, and older adults, she offers a safe, collaborative space for clients to explore longstanding patterns that may be limiting their relationships, personal growth, or sense of self. Whether someone is facing anxiety, depression, grief, or struggling with past trauma, Elle works relationally to uncover deeper emotional and interpersonal dynamics that impact present-day functioning. A licensed Psychologist at LifeStance Health, Elle specializes in treating complex trauma, identity and self-esteem issues, and early attachment wounds—particularly those rooted in family of origin experiences or abusive relationships. Her passion lies in helping clients, including members of the LGBTQ+ and military/veteran communities, heal from these formative disruptions. She is deeply attuned to how developmental trauma shapes how people relate to themselves and others and supports clients in untangling these patterns so they can live more fully and authentically. Elle integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Therapy, and offers Christian counseling and faith-based treatment for clients who desire to include spirituality in their healing process. Her culturally humble and trauma-informed lens is shaped by her own upbringing on the Texas-Mexico border, where she became acutely aware of how systems of privilege and oppression shape lived experience. Outside the therapy room, Elle enjoys exploring her culinary background from Le Cordon Bleu, connecting with nature, and expressing her creativity through writing. She is fluent in French and Spanish and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds.
