Denise Gallegos helps adults across Washington navigate life’s most difficult motional and physical challenges with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for adults and seniors, supporting those experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, while helping clients regain stability and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Denise’s clinical focus includes trauma, chronic pain and illness, and emotional impact of transitions. She is experienced in working with
