Winona enjoys working with clients and assisting them in developing coping skills that they can use for the rest of their lives. She uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, based on the needs of the individual client. Winona Wallace, MA, licensed mental health counselor, received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology degree from St. Martin’s University in 2014, and completed her internship at Crossroads Treatment Center.
