I love the front staff. They are polite and great at communication. They’re also very caring. I love my therapist and nurse practitioner. I’ve never felt so supported by a therapist and staff before and this place has been a God send. The only thing that is hard for me is that, due to my job as an RN, I can get called to do an infusion for a patient and I sometimes have to cancel last minute (and sometimes due to my migraines) and I get charged for it. Other than that this place is great and I highly recommend it. I’ve seen my fair share of therapists due to C-PTSD, anxiety, and depression and being in the medical field makes me very picky. I recommend this place to my patients when they ask if I know a good therapist. Plus, Annette and Winona have saved my life more than they know.

Everyone at Lifestance was absolutely amazing! The staff is so caring and attentive to my needs. Whenever I had an issue they were quick to offer me solutions. I’m so glad to be a patient here! I especially love my psychiatrist Dr. Margaret Boyle. She is incredibly supportive and never hesitates to give me information on any options that potentially improve my mental health and my life.

I had my first visit yesterday with Pedro and I am very impressed. He made me feel welcomed and was here to listen to me. I had a lot of counselors which I didn't feel comfortable. But with a Pedro did. I got an appointment within 2 weeks. And the staff on the phone are very nice and welcomes you and we're very helpful. Thk u I can't wait to see you next week

April at the front desk always makes sure I have appointments scheduled so I am not missing out on therapy and that I don’t have a balance that needs to be taken care of. Winona is a great therapist and I feel like she listens to what I have to say. Kate is a great psychiatrist and tweaks my meds as I feel the need to and does not push med changes.

Margaret Boyle has been great! I've struggled to find the right anxiety/depression medicine for awhile. I experience a lot of the negative side effects of drugs. She is the third person I've seen and I am finally seeing positive results. I always feel listened to and cared about. When I message her between appt. I get a quick response.
