Ashley Ross is a Licensed Professional Counselor who uses evidenced based treatment approaches for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive and Related Anxiety Disorders in adults, adolescents, and children. She utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach with an emphasis on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), when appropriate. Ashley has over ten years of experience working at Rogers Memorial Hospital treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety and related disorders in residential, inpatient, and intensive outpatient settings. She specializes in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders including, but not limited to, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, Separation Anxiety Disorder, Body-Dysmorphic Disorder, Trichotillomania (hair-pulling), Excoriation (skin picking) Disorder, Tourette’s, and Hoarding Disorder. She also works with clients with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Depression. Ashley approaches every client with empathy and enthusiasm and the goal to teach each client to be an expert at managing their own anxiety so they can confidently face any challenging life situation with ease. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than to see clients conquer their most fearful and challenging situations to reclaim their life. She received a Master of Arts degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin ‚Äì Madison in psychology. Ashley is married and has three children. In her free time she enjoys traveling, biking, running, and most importantly, spending time with her family.
