Jane is a licensed psychotherapist and a state certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor who has more than twenty five years of experience in providing psychotherapy to adults. Jane specializes in adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, alcohol and drug abuse problems, grief issues, stress management issues , relationship issues, anger management and women’s issues. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Solution Focused therapy, Relapse prevention education, Supportive therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques in working with clients. Jane received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Carroll College and her Master’s Degree from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching the Milwaukee Bucks and the Green Bay Packers and traveling. She also has a really cute Bichon Frise!
