Jayme is a master’s level Licensed Professional Counselor who has extensive experience from working for many years at the nation’s second largest behavioral health hospital. She has worked on various highly specialized programs, including one of the only evidenced based trauma residential programs in the nation.

She specializes in the individual treatment of adults who have experienced trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, adjustment disorders, OCD, depression, social anxiety, and other anxieties. She understands mental health looks different for everyone and has experience working with a spectrum of people, including those hoping to learn more about themselves to those overwhelmed by their symptoms.

She primarily works with and provides therapies that are evidenced-based, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), schema therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She also has familiarity with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Additionally, she has received specialized training in the treatment of trauma and PTSD.

Jayme takes a compassionate and collaborative approach to help her clients identify what is meaningful to them and how to work towards it. She helps clients set goals to better their lives through personal growth while working at a pace that feels manageable. She is passionate about helping her clients empower themselves, learn skills to take back control in their lives, and overcome barriers to live a more enjoyable value-driven life. She values diversity, equity, and inclusion so she makes it a priority to provide a safe space for all clients.
