My name is Lindsey Kingsley, MA, LPC and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin.

Are you feeling unsatisfied or overwhelmed in your life right now? Perhaps you wish you had more control and confidence in your life? I specialize in working with individuals to uncover their basic needs and feelings that are leaving them to feel disconnected from themselves and others. I am drawn to help those who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or general life disturbance. I believe that therapy should be a non-judgmental and safe space for you to learn more about yourself and really give yourself the time, love, and attention you deserve in your life.

I specialize in working with: OCD, anxiety, depression, social skills, couples, family counseling, marriage counseling, life transitions, young adults making transitions into adulthood, relationship problems, grief, men’s issues, and postpartum anxiety/depression

I use a variety of different types of therapy, but the core of my work is based on Person-Centered Therapy. It is built on the concept of unconditional positive regard toward your needs as a human. In other words, I want to be real and authentic with you in a safe and therapeutic environment.

See what our patients are saying about Lindsey Kingsley

I've started seeing Lindsey for the last couple months after having to look for a new therapist, and she is absolutely amazing! I was at first hesitant to share my emotions to Lindsey, but after a couple sessions I became comfortable to communicate to Lindsey. Lindsey's friendly approach provides a calm and non-judgmental atmosphere. Lindsey always provides me with helpful tools and calming exercises to navigate through my feelings of fear, anxiety, depression and compulsive behaviors. I would strongly recommend lindsey for anyone who needs a therapist!

Easy to navigate. Everything was as you'd expect. My only concern is the link would not access my microphone at time for visit.
