I have been seeing Lisa for multiple years. She has helped me through the most difficult times in my life (addiction, divorce, job changes and loss of family). If I could give Lisa ten stars I would in a heartbeat. Lisa is kind and professional. She encourages you to discover the root of your struggles and asks the sometimes difficult questions to help you see the reality of the situation. Lisa has a talent for meeting people where they are at and gently guiding them to meet their goals and continue to grow. I highly recommend Lisa!

Lisa has been my therapist for quite some time now. Thankfully I found Lisa before my life started to take a downward spiral. She is everything I needed then and now as my family life takes on different challenges. Lisa is very professional, kind, and understanding and always keeps me on track . She allows me to be myself and her feedback is always helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa has helped and continues to help me work through many challenges, some from long ago (including anxiety, motherhood, etc). I've gained coping tools and a deeper understanding of myself. Lisa has a way of listening and helping me feel seen and heard, reminding me I am not alone. She's been a steady and encouraging presence in my journey and I am very thankful to have her!
