About Stephanie Low (She/Her)

Stephanie Low, LPC, helps adults throughout Wisconsin navigate life challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools for lasting emotional wellness. As a therapist at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for those experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, while also supporting clients through a variety of mental health and life transition issues. She believes therapy should be a collaborative process where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to everyone’s needs and goals. Stephanie utilizes evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She works with adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she provides support for concerns such as grief, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression and anxiety, later-life transitions, and other emotional and behavioral health challenges. Stephanie earned her degrees from Mount Mary University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Outside of her work, Stephanie enjoys reading, practicing yoga and meditation, exploring arts and crafts, and spending time with her family and cats.
