Jeff specializes in treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and life transitions. He is also experienced in treatment of trauma and PTSD and personality disorders. He mainly practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness. Prior to his work at LifeStance, Jeff worked in a PHP/IOP program treating adults with mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Jeff completed his clinical internship at a college success program supporting neurodivergent undergraduate students.

A meaningful part of Jeff’s work centers on supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with autism or ADHD. Jeff also passionately supports members of the LGBTQ+ community and clients of various cultural backgrounds. He values mutual trust and respect in the therapeutic relationship and uses this to help clients thrive.
