Kate Zolandz, MS, LPC,
About Kate Zolandz (She/Her)
Kate Zolandz, LPC, helps adults across Wisconsin navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for adults and seniors experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting individuals through life transitions and personal growth. Her approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. Kate appreciates each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. She has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, women, and individuals on the autism spectrum. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, she offers support for grief, gender identity concerns, and other mental health challenges. Before pursuing counseling, Kate attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and later earned her degree from Mount Mary University. Her creative background continues to influence her work, bringing curiosity, flexibility, and a strength-based perspective to the therapeutic process. Outside of her clinical work, Kate enjoys assisting with labor organizing efforts, community support initiatives, and social justice causes. In her free time, she can often be found playing video games or working on creative, artistic, and DIY projects.
