Ke'Andra Hagans, MSW, LCSW,
About Ke'Andra Hagans (She/Her)
Ke’Andra Hagans, LCSW, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Wisconsin find a path forward when emotional, behavioral, or family challenges begin to interfere with daily life. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, case management, and higher levels of support when needed. Her work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s difficulties. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ke’Andra values collaboration and tailors treatment to the unique strengths, needs, and goals of each person she serves. Whether working with a child struggling in school, a teen facing emotional challenges, or an adult seeking greater stability and healing, she focuses on fostering resilience and empowering clients to recognize their own capacity for growth. Ke’Andra also supports individuals managing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. She recognizes that mental health challenges can affect every aspect of a person’s life and strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe exploring difficult experiences. Her approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness interventions to help clients develop coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward lasting emotional wellness. She also offers support for additional mental health concerns beyond these areas. Outside of her professional work, Ke’Andra enjoys spending time with family, reading, and watching movies, especially those within the Marvel Universe.
