Mr. Galten appeared to have catered my therapy to fit my individual needs. I always felt refreshed every time I saw him. In this renewed insight, I was able to concour and re-enter the world with a new understanding on how to move forward in a positive way.
It was very easy to connect to the remote video appointment through the website. The therapist is excellent, which is hard to find. Based on our first appointment, I can see that he's intelligent, interested in what he's doing, communicates well, and I felt comfortable sharing the details of my journey with him. We made a general plan for therapy, and I'm looking forward to growing and learning though it.

First timer with LifeStance…all in all, everything went smoothly with the new counselor guy… —————————————————————————————— I also see another healthcare provider with LifeStance. So they requested another review. I see a female psychiatrist now that i began with a few months ago when my shrink of many years retired. She is definitely worth five-stars. She used to work with/under my former psychiatrist who i respected & trusted. She listens very well, as he did. She understands and trusts my explanation of the disease I’m forced to deal with daily….the lifelong challenges & struggles of having a genetic, psychosomatic, & psychosocial mental disorder. You’ll have to wait a few months to even get your first appointment, seeing as things are that bad in MKE with both children & adult mental health (see ‘60 Minutes’ episode regarding MKE mental health of kids). But, she is definitely worth the wait if you can keep your sanity in-check till then.
