Lifestance Health has been paramount in the improvement of my mental health. I’ve had 2 psychiatrists, Dr. Medlock (retired) and Dr. Heidelmeir who have worked tirelessly to find a treatment plan that suits my lifestyle and my body. They take into consideration genetics, family history, personal needs, and medication minimalism. My therapist, Emma Low, is such a warm and compassionate soul. I can’t imagine starting over with a new therapist. -1 star as occasionally, reception can be hard to reach and/or less warm. However, a lot of the reception work can be done independently on the iPad or online, which is preferred for me. They also make it easy to access mental health care by working with insurance AND posting payments on the portal to be paid whenever the patient is able to. I’ve never been denied care from a late payment. The waiting room is so cozy and comfortable. My Mukwonago Lifestance office could certainly use some of Glendale/Franklin’s inspiration.

I spoke to a new psychiatrist Dr Sylvester Ndifor who actually listened to what I had to say and provided me with different options for what I needed. He was very helpful in addressing my issues which I very much appreciated. He actually had to pull into a parking lot since he was stuck in traffic and wanted to ensure he was on time for my appointment which was also appreciated as not many doctors would go out of their way to do that. I will also be seeing a therapist through LifeStance and I hope that experience goes as well as this did. Both appointments were easy to schedule and accepted my insurance which many psychiatrists do not take and some refuse to take any insurance at all and only do cash payments. I would definitely recommend LifeStance to others.

Easy check-in process with non-invasive questions. Friendly staff at the desk. This was my first time seeking a provider with LifeStance and I was pleasantly surprised with my psychiatrists knowledge on Trauma-Informed Care. As someone who lives with PTSD, it can be very tasking to be vulnerable with a new provider, especially if they are focused on your past experiences. Dawn delivered compassionate care without bias and it was truly the best intake appointment I’ve had with a psychiatrist. She actively listened to my concerns and addressed comprehensive solutions. I will most certainly refer other colleagues, friends, or clients to LifeStance because of my positive experience.

I have had nothing but the absolute best success in seeking out and finding an amazing therapist and psychologist through Lifestance at this location. I also see a psychiatrist through a different Lifestance location who's absolutely fantastic. They always go above and beyond and I will never go anywhere else to seek out mental health treatment. I cannot even put into words properly how much they have helped me and how grateful I am for all of them. You can tell that they genuinely care and that you are not just a paycheck to them; Like I said before they always go above and beyond and there is nothing more that I could ever ask for.

I see Michelle, and ive gotta say shes hands down probably the best provider ive seen so far in my 28 years of mental illness lmao. Shes always willing to try new things and is open minded and doesnt make me feel judged or like shes diagnosing/analyzing me. Its like just chatting with the homies when we have sessions. Shes also been a godsend when its come to figuring out medications and is very flexible. Shes also lgbtq friendly btw :)

Amy is so easy to talk to and she is so caring, mental health needs more people to care we suffer with issues that we can't control and we need help with life issues I'm so greatful I found Amy and Lateisha I try recommending them to others in my shoes because dealing with issues is hard doing it alone I feel alone when I can't talk to Lateisha and Amy , they ate definitely good providers .
