About Jody Reiss (She/Her)

Jody Reiss is a licensed psychotherapist who received her MS, LMFT from Edgewood College. In therapy, Jody uses an integrative perspective, including strength based, internal famly systems, psychodynamic, solution focused, humor, and play. She creates an atmosphere that is safe, supportive and non-judgemental. Jody has experience working collaboratively, with all ages from 5 through 84, all genders, the LGBTQ community, individuals, couples and families, on issues that include anxiety, depression, loss, self-esteem, body dysmorphia and trauma. She received her undergraduate degree from NYU in theater and had worked professionally as an actor.

She believes that anyone can make changes in their lives if they want to and are encouraged by a strong sense of hope, which is what she makes every effort to provide.
